New Ecology Centre

The Climate Challenge Fund is supporting the development of plans for a new, sustainable Ecology Centre.

The Ecology Centre’s current lease runs out in 2015. It has carried out community consultation over the last year to determine whether there is support for a new centre in this area and to ask the people of Kinghorn what they would like to see at the site. The vast majority of people asked are in support of a new centre that would give The Ecology Centre a long term home.

The Ecology Centre is working in partnership with the Kinghorn Community Land Association to secure land at the east end of Kinghorn Loch on behalf of the community.
